Please join us for the live stream on Sunday at 9:30 am through the website at www.trinityumcphoenix.org using the link at the top of the homepage.
Some of you may already know this but we have been informed of the passing of Carolyn Bowermaster on August 25, 2026. The Bowermasters were long time members of Trinity. Please keep the family in your prayers.
The emergency food bag drive going well. If you know someone who needs some help, have them come by the office on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or the store on Saturday. 10 am - 2 pm. If you want to take a bag to a neighbor feel free to do that also. We gave out 5 bags this week so if you want to bring some items we would be grateful.
Thank you so much for your response each time we reach out.
There are printed copies of the updates in the narthex if you want to take one for someone or just want a printed copy at home.
If you see someone new please offer them one with the prayer requests.
If your group has an event or announcement that you want to include in the weekly email or want to RESERVE room on campus just let the office know and we will pass the information on and get you on the calendar. It is very important as we get busier that we have an updated calendar.
The office is now open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am - 2 pm or by appointment.
The Thrift Store is open Monday, Tuesday and Saturday from 10am - 2pm
Thanks to everyone who has joined the Thrift Store team. If anyone can be a second person occasionally on Monday or Tuesday that would be greatly appreciated.
It's hard for one person to keep an eye on all 3 rooms.
Our journaling group meets on Tuesday @ 9:30 am at the Baldridge home (3321 W. State Ave.)
The Saturday group @ 8:30 am at MK's Donuts (4729 W Olive, Glendale)is a bible study group (Life Application Bible Study.)
Everyone is invited to join one of these groups. If you have questions see Elaine or Deb if questions on Tuesday group or Grace Turner for questions on Saturday group.
Reminder: We also have ongoing projects:
Tabbies (from aluminum cans) for Ronald McDonald House. RMH houses parents and families from out of town who have critically ill children in local children's hospitals.
There are jars in the narthex and office to collect them. They collect tabs nationwide to support these houses at little to no cost to parents.
Change for Change: There is a 3 gallon water bottle in the lobby for your change. If your pocket or purse is feeling too heavy please empty them into the jug.
We use the change for mission projects and occasionally a bus ticket for someone coming into the office.
